2. We explain which data we save, for what we use it, to whom we disclose it and/or pass it on to.

Personal data are:

Data with a distinct reference to a certain person like i.e. name, address, E-mail address and telephone numbers.

Non-personal data are:

Data like IP-address, date and time, browser used and browser type, operating system, and the hostname of the accessing computer do not represent a distinct reference to a certain person.

In this Data Privacy Policy we use the words “user information” or “data” for both personal and non-personal data.

We save and use data for:

If you contact us we ask you for user information. This will be used and saved for the handling and processing of your inquiry.

User information is made anonymous, saved and used for the evaluation of website usage. This helps us to make our website offers more interesting for you.

 

How long do we save your user information:

We save your data only as long as it is interesting for us. We abide by the lawful preservation duties.

We pass on or disclose your data to third party “service providers”:

We can pass on user information  if this is necessary by law, for legal procedures, litigation and/or demands by public or government services.

In case of restructuring, association or sale of our company we pass on all saved user information to our partner.

3. Our website offers you:

SSL-coding

Our website uses SSL-coding to secure data (user information) transfer. You can recognize a secure link by the lock symbol in the address line of your browser and the “http://” changes to “https://”.

Our website has an internal sector. Access is only for users entering their personal login credentials. The administrator exclusively assigns login credentials. Trying to login with false credentials is registered with the used data and is erased in adequate time.

On our website videos are identified by a thumbnail. Only when you click on the thumbnail a connection to YouTube´s server is established and the video will start playing. At the same time user information as well as which website you are currently using is sent to YouTube´s server.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to link your surf behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

5. We want to avoid legal dispuits:

In case In case of any claims of a breach of statutory regulations, competition laws as well as

trademark laws we ask you to contact us immediately in order to avoid unnecessary legal disputes, legal warnings and costs. In such a case we promise immediate  (before  final legal clarification)  corrective measures so that the risk of recurrence is bindingly excluded. If we should receive a warning (cease and desist) invoice by a lawyer without first being contacted, we will refuse payment because of not observing the rule to minimize or avert loss. In this sense unnecessary or unjustified warnings would be answered by filing a negative declaratory action.
